CCOR offers services ranging from companionship to nursing that are individualized to your needs. Your services are set up and provided by a team you can trust. Our staff are fully trained, licensed, bonded and insured. Our Care Teams, consisting of nurses, care managers, and staffing coordinators, include bilingual staff for our Spanish speaking clients.

Levels of Service
Companions
Companions can help with housekeeping, meals, laundry, transportation & medication reminders
PCA 2
In addition to providing Companion tasks, Personal Care Aides can provide hands-on care including: dressing, bathing, toileting & assisting with transfers
HHA
Home Health Aides can provide the hands-on care that a PCA 2 can provide & can help with medications
Nursing
Our nurses will complete an assessment to ensure all needed services are in place & they can fill your pillbox
Care
Management
Care Managers offer support and guidance navigating the health care system, including managing medical needs & benefits
