ABOUT US
CCOR is a family owned and operated Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA), Fiscal Intermediary, and Care Management Agency providing quick responses and quality services for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Established in October of 1997 by Al Gauvin, CCOR was created to offer a better service for individuals and families in need. We offer a variety of services including companionship, hands-on personal care, nursing services, and care management. We strive to provide the best possible home care in Western New York, with staff who are fully licensed, bonded and insured for every case.
CCOR's goal has remained the same for over 25 years: treat those we care for and their families like our own, at times when they can't be there.
Our History
In the winter of 1996, Al's sister Muriel was diagnosed with stage-four breast cancer. Al brought her from Connecticut to stay with his family in Rochester, NY, where she could live out her final days. Al and his wife would provide the care and supervision she needed.
