How to Stay Healthy During COVID-19

Stay Home, especially if you or a family member are sick.

Avoid Touching Your Face. 

 

Stop Handshaking. Use other forms of greeting. 

Wash Your Hands for 20 seconds every time. 

Disinfect Surfaces Regularly, both at work and at home.

Limit Travel and Use Videoconferencing whenever possible.
